We are please to say we have become part the Kennel Club Assured Breeder Scheme.

The Kennel Club is UKAs accredited to certify us, as an Assured Breeder, against the requirements of its Assured Breeder Scheme.

The Kennel Club is the only organisation accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) to certify dog breeders, under the Kennel Club Assured Breeder Scheme. This means that the Kennel Club is recognised as an impartial and competent inspector by the government’s sole national accreditation body. This gives the puppy buying public additional confidence that as a Kennel Club Assured Breeder, I am committed to meeting and maintaining high standards for caring for the health and welfare of their puppies and breeding bitches, and are the best point of contact for buying a healthy, happy puppy.

Our puppies are now four weeks old and developing quickly. Weaning has begun, teeth are starting to come through and, of course, they are very mobile.

A good day for us at Crufts on Sunday with Ricco, Arcticbreeze Turbulence at Allsong, getting second place post graduate dog.

Just to show the quality of this Articbreeze litter bred by Lisa Mort, Ricco’s litter brother, Dante, was awarded third place in the dame class as Ricco. Also, Sadie, their litter sister was awarded best bitch and reserve best of breed.

Rosa’s puppies are just over two weeks old. Some have just opened their eyes. They’re all more mobile and some are trying to walk on all fours. All putting on weight.

It was great to hear that both Ricco and Rosa gained great awards in the Lagotto Romagnolo Club of Great Britain Annual Awards.

Ricco was awarded “best show puppy”, “best show dog” and “best show Lagotto”. Rosa was awarded “best show bitch”.

Great news for their breeders, Lisa Mort, Arcticbreeze, Ricco and Mark Light, Moonreed, Rosa.

We are pleased to announce the arrival, on Friday 25th February, of our litter of Lagotto Romagnolo. Mum and puppies are doing well.

Ricco took his first best of breed on 21st January at the Manchester Championship Show.

Ricco was entered in the post graduate class in the AVNSC category as there was no Lagotto Romagnolo category. Competing against some successful dogs Ricco took 1st in his class then on to best dog. In the final challenge he was given the Best AVNSC, the equivalent to Best of Breed in a breed class. As it happens all the dogs in AVNSC were Lagotti. This position qualified him to go into the best of group competition at the end of the day.

Ricco, Arcticbreeze Turbulence at Allsong, was bred by Lisa Mort. Many thanks also to judge Sandra Marshall for placing him.

Later in the day Ricco also went on to win best Rare Breeds. That’s two bests of breed in one day!

We had a good showing day today at the Ladies Kennel Association Championship Show held atbthe NEC.

Ricco got first place in the post graduate dog class and Rosa second place in limit bitch class.
